ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attending Pup Festival and/or participating in activities are at Your Own Risk. By attending any Pup Festival event, you are aware that all activities involve certain inherent risks which may cause injury to you or your pet. You freely volunteer to participate and accept all known and unknown risks while participating in and attending Pup Festival events. Further, you release Pup Festival LLC, its members, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, and suppliers against any claims and all liability for damage, injury, or expense you may incur.

EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS

DOG & PEOPLE SAFETY

You enter at your own risk and waive any claim against Pup Festival LLC, its members, or affiliates for injury, loss, or damage of any kind.

You are responsible for your dog’s behavior, actions, and any damage caused.

Dogs must be vaccinated for Parvo & Rabies.
Vaccine proof is NOT required unless an incident occurs at later date.
Dogs must be within visual & voice control of their owner at all times.
Dogs over the age of 1 must be spayed or neutered.
No female dogs in heat.
Unvaccinated puppies or under 4 months should not attend.
Dogs must be leashed at all times.
No retractable leashes; max leash length is 6 ft.
No more than 2 dogs per person.
Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and healthy.
No outside treats, rawhides, food or drinks.
Kids under 16 must stay with an adult at all times.

Pup Festival and event officials may deny or revoke entry to any dog and owner at any time for any reason. Compliance is required whether or not a reason is provided.

NOTICE: BY ATTENDING PUP FESTIVAL, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS.

By attending or RSVPing to Pup Festival, you agree to assume all risks and to release, waive, and hold harmless Pup Festival LLC, its owners, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage (to persons, animals, or property) arising from your participation or attendance. You agree to follow all event rules and understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

You also agree to receive marketing communications from Pup Festival LLC and partners, with the option to opt out at any time.

NOTICE OF FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY:

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant Pup Festival LLC full rights to use your likeness, voice, and name in any media for promotional or commercial purposes, without payment or further approval. If you do not agree, please do not enter the event area.
