EVENT RULES

Enter at your own risk; dog owners assume responsibility for injuries, bites, or damage. Your attendance at Pup Festival indicates your agreement with our rules and liability waiver. Copies are available for review at the entrance/registration table for each event.

Ensure dogs are current on rabies shots, vaccines, and licenses per state law. Maintain visual and voice control of your dog at all times, with a limit of three dogs per person.

Prohibit rawhide and outside food/treats in the park. No entry for puppies under four months or female dogs in heat. Dogs over one year must be spayed or neutered.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, entering at their own risk. Off-leash activity is confined to fenced areas; leash dogs when entering and leaving. Owners must promptly remove dogs displaying aggressive behavior, complying with park staff authority.

By entering Pup Festival, you agree to our rules and liability waiver.

1. Enter at your own risk. Dog owners are liable for any injuries, bites or damage. 
2. By entering and attending Pup Festival you are agreeing to our rules and liability waiver. If you would like to review the rules and liability waiver, a copy is made available at the entrance/registration table for each event.
3. All dogs must be up-to-date on rabies shots, vaccines and licenses as required by state law.
4. Dogs must be within visual and voice control of their owner at ALL times. 
5. No more than 3 dogs per person.
6. No rawhide or other outside food/treats in the park.
7. Puppies under four months old are not allowed. 
8. Female dogs in heat are not allowed. 
9. All dogs over the age of 1 must be spayed or neutered. 
10. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and enter at their own risk.
11. Dogs may run “off-leash” only in fenced areas. They must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving the fenced area. 
12. Dogs showing aggressive behavior must be removed from the area by the owner immediately. Dog owners agree to comply with park staff authority regarding the removal of dogs for any reason at any time.
13. BY ENTERING PUP FESTIVAL YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR RULES & LIABILITY WAIVER.
